Hello, my name is Sergey Lukov
Over 20 years of experience in apartment renovation and fit-out — from demolition to the final clean-up. I personally visit every project, oversee every stage, and keep my word on deadlines and the quote: no extra charges or surprises along the way. My team and I hand over every renovation the way we'd want to receive it ourselves.

What clients say
Real reviews about our renovation work — leave your own if you've already worked with us.
"We had the bathroom done, 4.5 m² — very happy, finished in 2 weeks. We've been using it for 3 years now, no complaints at all, I recommend Sergey's team."
"We've already done renovations with this team in two homes — and the second time we came back to them without hesitation. The main thing worth noting is quality. Everything is done neatly, evenly, with no «we'll finish it later». Nothing has come loose or cracked over time, which is the best proof. I especially appreciate how easy they are to work with: the guys stay in touch, send photos, keep you updated, and answer questions quickly. The quote and timeline are agreed in advance, with no surprises along the way. Thank you so much to Sergey and the whole team! I recommend them to anyone who wants a renovation without the headache."
"Worked with the team. They did a 100 m² project — everything's great. I recommend them to everyone."
"Top-notch quality, a short timeline (45 m² in 2 months). Professionalism at the highest level — as a builder myself, I can judge that. I've been living in the apartment for 3 years now, no complaints."
"Sergey and his team renovated our conference room in Warsaw. A special thanks for the speed of the work and the quality!"
"I want to express my huge gratitude to Sergey and his team for the wonderful work! The renovation in my apartment was done at the highest level. Three years have passed, and the walls are still perfectly even, nothing has cracked anywhere, everything looks beautiful, just like before. Isn't that the best proof of quality work! Every time guests visit me, they're amazed by the renovation. Sergey, thank you for your professionalism, responsibility, and quality that's stood the test of time! Highly recommend!"
"I had a serious electrical wiring issue that was left by the previous owners. Serhii and his team quickly identified the issue and resolved it the same day. Great and fast repairs that could have caused a fire if not fixed. Thank you!"
